The 3 categories of membership are:

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP (#10,000 entrance fee then #2,500 annual dues)
SUSTAINER (#50,000 entry fee then 10,000 annual dues.
BENEFACTOR (#500,000 entrance fees then #50,000 annual dues)
